Monopoly GO has launched the Canyon Climb tournament, a two-day event that runs from March 28 to March 30. Replacing the earlier Thorny Triumph, this tournament offers players the chance to earn dice rolls and Flower tokens for the Desert Bloom Partners event. These rewards are obtained by landing on Railroad spaces and completing the triggered minigames. The tournament features both milestone rewards for accumulating points and a leaderboard system where top finishers earn additional prizes at the event’s conclusion. Players should note that the tournament began at the start of March 28 and will end at the close of March 30, giving exactly 48 hours of competition. Flower tokens are a key currency in the Desert Bloom Partners event, used to complete partner tasks and unlock exclusive rewards.

Earning Points through Minigames

To earn points in Canyon Climb, players must trigger either a Shutdown or a Bank Heist when they land on a Railroad tile. In the Shutdown minigame, a successful attempt to damage an opponent’s landmark awards 4 points, while a blocked attempt yields 2 points. For the Bank Heist minigame, the points depend on the heist outcome: a Small heist gives 8 points, a Large heist gives 12 points, and a Bankrupt heist gives the maximum 16 points. These points accumulate toward the tournament leaderboard, unlocking milestone rewards at various thresholds. These points are the only way to climb the leaderboard, so every Railroad landing counts. The milestone rewards include dice rolls and Flower tokens, which are essential for progressing in the Desert Bloom Partners event. Each milestone tier provides a specific amount of these resources, encouraging players to keep rolling and competing. The leaderboard rewards offer even more dice and exclusive items to the highest scorers.
